Overview

Hard Landscape package as part of the SEPA level crossing removal project. Yarra contracting have undertaken the hard landscape package to the new Hallam train station and car park.

The package was quite diverse in terms of scope covering off a wide change of work fronts. Here we worked closely alongside our delivery partners SORCO and GEARON.

Yarra contracting worked around the clock ensuring tight dead lines were met for station opening and occupations.

Scope of Works

  • - Crushed rock base preparation
  • - Concrete pavements, including exposed aggregate.
  • - Bluestone paving
  • - Tac Tile install to station platforms and concourse areas
  • - Bespoke furniture to station concourse
  • - Furniture supply and install to platforms and concourses
  • - Bus shelters and pavements
  • - Insitu concrete retaining walls
  • - Granitic gravel pavements
